# Dreamscape

The argumentative one. Full environmental reimagining. We keep the people, we keep the *feeling*, and we change basically everything else. Your beach photo becomes the beach in your imagination. Your dinner becomes the dinner you wish you'd had. Your hike becomes the hike at the moment the light was best, on a day with the right weather. This is the style some users will hate. It's also the style some users will only ever use.

We are honest about the trade. The output is **not what was there**. It is a memory of what was there, processed by a model that has seen ten million versions of what *similar* was there. We watermark Dreamscape outputs in the file metadata so they're identifiable as such forever.

## What it does

- Re-renders the environment entirely (lighting, weather, foliage, architecture, props).
- May change time of day, season, or location class (urban → coastal, etc).
- May restage subjects fully — pose, gesture, even small group rearrangement.
- May change wardrobe palette and fit (within the constraints of [[wardrobe]]).
- May change aspect ratio.

## What it never does

- Never changes the *identity* of any person. Faces stay theirs.
- Never adds people who weren't there.
- Never crosses into clearly fictional content (no fantasy creatures, no impossible architecture, no science fiction). This is *enhanced memory*, not generative fan-fic.
- Always tags output with a `letmesee.style=dreamscape` EXIF field.

## Prompt

```
You are reimagining a memory. The attached photo was shot on an
iPhone in ordinary conditions. Re-render the scene as the user
might wish they remembered it, while preserving everyone's identity
exactly:
- Replace the environment as needed: change lighting, weather,
  vegetation, architectural detail, props — toward the most
  flattering version of what this scene could plausibly have been.
- Restage subjects toward a more composed arrangement.
- Adjust wardrobe palette and fit; preserve garment type.
- You may change aspect ratio.
Hold every person's identity, ethnicity, age, and body shape
exactly. Do not add people. Do not introduce fantastical elements
(no impossible architecture, no creatures, no obvious anachronism
unless the user specifies otherwise). Output should be a plausible,
flattering version of what this moment could have been — not a
fantasy.
```

## Negative prompt

```
added people, identity drift, ethnicity drift, age change, body
shape change, fantastical elements, impossible architecture, fantasy
creatures, science fiction, obvious anachronism, child sexualization,
deepfake of public figures
```
