Removes the things that get between you and the photo: lens dust, sensor specks, ambient haze, the bit of glare on glasses, a faint color cast from a screen across the room. Opens shadows by less than a third of a stop. Never touches a face, a hand, an expression. Your grandparent will not notice it ran.
